Macbooks and the PC conspiracy!

So far, it's a pretty wonderful and useful computer, even though the gaming options aren't too wonderful. However, that's understandable, as Windows is the leading tyrant of the OS kingdom (for now). I'm gonna see how my new compy performs in the future, though, to really be satisfied. I don't think I'll be dissapointed, however. My VPA professor has a macbook from, say, five years ago, and it still runs great. P.S... I'm beginning to think that PC makers program their machines to break down after a certain period of time... that's one of the reasons why I bought this.

Pros: Nice features, portable, programs don't randomly crash (cept for the windows programs I use with crossover), programs run smoothly and efficiently.
Cons: Hmmm... I don't know how to plug an external mic into it. And the screen adapter... why did you change the screen adapter? Not to mention the lack of a firewire. I was very dissapointed there. Not cool! :(

Music , Photos, Movies, Internet. One of the best things about this laptop, really the whole operating system as a whole is the ease of travel through out the system and the natural comfort felt when using the many powerfully simple beautific programs the mac brings to the table

Pros: User Friendly to the max. More of a intuitive journey through learning than anything else. Multimedia applications help hobby become art.
Cons: Bigger internal harddrive would be handy but thats the only thing i can even remotely gripe about.

There is no game in this laptop!! I can't believe it!! It's so hard to watch video clips on the website except on Youtube.com. It's also very hard to download things and this is the worst part of Macbook. However, the laptop itself is very pretty and it has good system preferences. Great speed!!!!

Based on this purchase and other Mac purchases, I would never entertain using another manufacturer. The products work as advertised and it is hard for me to believe that there is a better operating system than OS X.
