Like most pre-packaged systems, it comes with a lot of extra stuff that needs to be cleaned off to make the system truly useful. However after all the settings are configured correctly, the system is pretty good.

Lack of a basic OS such as MS Office meant that I couldn't use the laptop for what I had Intended straight out of the box the way I could my Dell desktop. I don't know why the bigger pricetag for less functions. I do like the portability and ease of use...
