tech support is the worst

This laptop is great if you use it for applications that aren't graphics intensive. It crashes when you try to play games that utilize 3D graphics. Playing videos are slow if you have another application running or you're moving your mouse. Tech support

I bought this new and it has been nothing but a problem since I opened the box (and of course I could have taken it back to where I bought it but there is a 20% RESTOCKING fee). Right out of the box, the computer screen flickered and the touch pad butto
