This laptop has never failed us. I was hesitant to go out of town ,to be away from my home computer. Therefor my wife bought this machine at Best Buy. It works great!I never miss my E-mail while on the road.

Painfully slow network performance. Haven't had any crashing problems. Not overly heavy. Good desktop replacment. Toshiba support less than helpful. Very touchy touch pad.
