I purchased this Motherboard from Tiger Direct as a Motherboard bundle, with a 2.2 GB processor.
This was my first Computer build project, I had a few minor problems but several phone calls to Support was all I needed. They give outstanding service in every respect.No problem was too small, or to great for them to handle. I learned a lot!

The main problem was lack of support.

I wrote to Soyo telling them that their board was either defective or that I had inadvertently damaged it without knowing it, and that I needed support to determine which it was. I got no response from SOYO by e-mail request, and no one responded at their technical-support phone number. As it stands now I have an unused, non-functioning SOYO board that I guess I'll have to junk.

I won't be buying any SOYO stuff again after that experience.
