Product Rating: 4 star(s) Apple iPod shuffle (2nd generation) MP3 player

Comments:
- It's small. So small that even when we got it out the box knowing that it was going to be small we were still surprised how small it actually is. Hopefully even by now you get the idea that the new look iPod shuffle is small.

Review Verdict: This is a lovely looking player, but chances are you've already got its music capabilities already in your pocket

Product Rating: 3.15 star(s) Apple iPod shuffle (2GB: second generation)

Comments:
If you like your music playback simple and your device nearly invisible, the second-generation iPod shuffle will suit you well. But absentminded users should steer clear of this easy-to-misplace player.

Review Verdict: Like its predecessor, the second-generation iPod shuffle has no screen for navigating through music or other options (of which there are none). Instead, you get a simple and ample-sized five-way control pad on the face of the player: Play/pause in the cen

Comments:
The new colour scheme is similar to that of the new nanos

Review Verdict: The iPod shuffle is a decent enough device but it's poor value. We'd have been happier if it had been refreshed to 2GB with the other iPod lines, but, as it stands, it gets a lukewarm review this time around

Comments:
The new iPod shuffle has been completely redesigned from the ground up

Review Verdict: Unlike the previous version, the new iPod shuffle doesn't have a USB port, so you need to use a special dock to sync it with your Mac, which is supplied in the box. Battery life is a mere 12 hours, but for a device this small that's really impressive and
