Refurbished? This time got refur-BIT!!!

I have never been afraid of the tag "refurbished" and never have I been disappointed. Until now. From the day I received my MP3 player, I have not been able to get it to hold a full charge. The delivery time was almost 14 days which is the time allowed to acquire an RMA for returns with buy.com. Since I had only had it a few days, I didn't have the opportunity to use it within the 14 days required to recognize issues. NOT GOOD. The player itself is very nice. Has a nice feel and the upload process is very easy and smooth. A novice could easily use it and the experienced music listener could appreciate it. Overall I'm very pleased. I would buy this product again but may be a little more hesitant toward buying a refurbished version.

The SanDisk Sansa E260 4 GB MP3 Player is an overall great mp3, music, photo, video and voice recorder and player. It was easy to learn how to use and upload. I was able to covert free videos with software I downloaded from the SanDisk website for file conversion (Sansa Media Converter). I was worried it would not work with Windows Vista, but had absoulutely no problems. Would highly recommend it.

I've used this player for about a month and really enjoy it. It is easy to use and easy to load. I like the construction of it, very solid unit. I have yet to buy a memory card for it but this is an appealing feature to me. This player gets hours of use a day and I haven't had the battery die on me. I bought this to replace my iPod. I don't miss the iPod.

I love the ability to carry around multiple CDs worth of music without the hassle of the bulk and need to change them in and out. I also enjoy being able to download the latest songs with ease. I wish the volume control had more options.

After my wife told me we were the only people in America without MP3 players, I did some quick research. I chose this model as a good "starter unit" as it was relatively inexpensive, made by well-known producer (Sandisk)& perfect size both physically & memory. It holds far more songs than I will ever need & even has expansion slot if I decide to add photos or video. I think it's great!
