This thing is off the chain. I brought a zen microphoto about 6 days ago and the first one got stuck in recovery mode while I was FOllOWING THE DIRECTIONS THAT CREATIVE SUPPORT GAVE ME. So I took it back to the store and exchanged it for another one and told Creative Support what happened and they told me that I HAVE to enter recovery mode to fix the player so guess what happened next........It got stuck AGAIN. That was it I took it back got my money and went with what I should have gotten in the first place and ever since I've had no problems what so ever I'm through with creative and their horrible customer service. I'm now a proud Ipod owner.
