Had to send it back two times in three months!

I use the Zen V to listen to audiobooks while doing chores,commuting and exercising. I find its features are great for my uses except audiobooks sometimes require frequent stopping, reversing and/or fast forwarding to find your place after being distracted or interrupted. This is where the freezing occurs. My other mp3 players froze on a rare occasion and then resetting was no big deal. This one is horrible, this has to be a major design flaw. I had to send it back to the company twice! Maybe the thing would be ok for just continuous music listening?

it is worth the extra money for an ipod

We bought the creative v back in april, had to have it exchanged within a month because the screen kept freezing up and now, the one we recieved as an exchange has problems. When it is turned on, the entire screen is black and you can't see anything. this is a peice of junk and we wish we would have just bought an ipod to begin with. Some things are worth the extra money.

I've had the 4 GB creative zen for about 11/2 years and the back light
<br>has gone out twice in that time. The first time it was fixed under
<br>warranty. It still sounds great, but the warranty has since run out and I think I'll buy another brand.

I did'nt like this product at 1st it was a xmas gift, but I have used it for 12 days and everything work great. Also has a FM radio. Great buy for the money.
