WHAT PEOPLE DON'R REALIZE IS THAT WHAT YOU ARE PAYING THE BIG DOLLARS FOR IS TO HAVE NO PROBLEM RIPPING THE DVD TO YOUR DESKTOP FOR BURNING TO DISK WITH ANY PROGARM SUCH AS ROXIO FOR EXAMPLE WHICH WILL NOT LET YOU RIP IT TO YOUR DESKTOP.. SO THERE IT IS

I tried to call the canadian number as was advised and was denied support because my software number was a US registerd verion. It's now not working and I have completly reinstalled my whole operating system and also DVD X Copy. No luck and no help!

I purchased the DVD platinum version and it does work but it does the same thing as their cheaper DVD express. I called tech support, finally got to talk with someone after 45 minutes on hold and they informed me that many of the functions in the platin

good luck getting tech support. You'll pay for the call, then be on hold for 30-60 minutes, I don't know because I finally hung up after waiting that long. I'm still waiting for email reply as well. Definitely not concerned once they have your money.
