"lost my serial # to nero 7 I had uninstalled because I was have problem's with it working with Vista I have down loaded the patches but still was having issue so I decided to reinstall it but found I no longer have the serial number. I decided that I would try another cd dvd burning program which I purchased last night from the store they did not have nero 8 on the shelf so I purchased Easy cd dvd burning I installed that last night but was having issue with it so decided to purchase nero 8 this morning."
