Though set up was relatively simple on an XP machine, the connection was dropped after a couple minutes, requiring a reboot to reestablish network access. Had to go to a PCI wireless adapter. If it was for a notebook, I'd specify a PC Card wireless adapte

After buying the product, I just plugged it in, Windows XP detected it, I installed the drivers, and I was ready to go. It works pretty well. I have full signal strength to my NetGear 814 wireless router which is upstairs from this adapter. No complain

This product was very easy to set-up and use. I used this product on three computers. They all use Win 98 for the Operating System.

First, I attempted to set it up on a Dell running Win98 SE. No Luck... Didn't recognize it. Then I tried my other machine, a COMPAQ Laptop, running XP... The LED's didn't even as much as blink during the process. In otherwords, it didn't work either.

On the word of my tech savvy friend, i bought the WUSB11 and the BEFW11S4 to set up a home network with two computers. The BEF...works fine. The WUSB11 hasnt worked at all. I installed the software and then rebooted, plugging it in as instructed. The new

WORK GREAT BUT THE ANTENNA IS VERY FRAGILE AND BREAKS VERY VERY EASILY. LINKSYS WILL NOT REPLACE OR REPAIR THE ANTENNA, SO THROW IT AWAY AND BUY ANOTHER, OR SOME ONE ELSES!!
