Heads up...This is missing something!

Had problems with installation as there was not any place to activate the program....After several attempts, finally found it. The email doesnt work until the software is activated....Very frustrating.

Pros: The addition of power point and newer versions of common used programs.

Cons: Had problems with intstallations on both laptop and desktop....No documentation.
