Both Palm Pilots that i've had, died after about a year's (+-) use. The first M100 died after 1-1/4 years and when i called for the warranty, they told me that i would have to send the palm and they would send me a "re-conditioned" one (that means used).

I just installed new, fresh batteries for the third time in 3 months. I do not use frequently.........and opened for first time after new batteries, and it shows LOW BATTERY............I loose all information upon new battery install. Poor product

This palm is durable and light weight i carry it around with me every day. my dad have a slightly newer pda than this one but looks arent everything his doesn't have that much memory and doesn't have a light incase you are in the dark this is why i chose

When I bought this item i was going for the least expensive but good quality PDA. The PDA uses a fairly new OS and makes advantage of 8 megabytes, an infrared port, and backlit screen. It isn't colorized but do you really need a PDA for taking pictures? I

If you're thinking of saving a buck or two with an open box special - don't bother, get a new one. I received mine yesterday from PalmOne, and although they made no promises that it would come with the usual accessories a new one would, the m105 I ordered
