If you're thinking of saving a buck or two with an open box special - don't bother, get a new one. I received mine yesterday from PalmOne, and although they made no promises that it would come with the usual accessories a new one would, the m105 I ordered

Both Palm Pilots that i've had, died after about a year's (+-) use. The first M100 died after 1-1/4 years and when i called for the warranty, they told me that i would have to send the palm and they would send me a "re-conditioned" one (that means used).

I just installed new, fresh batteries for the third time in 3 months. I do not use frequently.........and opened for first time after new batteries, and it shows LOW BATTERY............I loose all information upon new battery install. Poor product

When I bought this item i was going for the least expensive but good quality PDA. The PDA uses a fairly new OS and makes advantage of 8 megabytes, an infrared port, and backlit screen. It isn't colorized but do you really need a PDA for taking pictures? I

Bad experience: new one had to be replaced by a so called 'replecement piece'. After using for about ten months all data gets lost when batteries are being changed. When problem mentioned to tech support: reply send it to us and wewill replace it provided
