Bought on-line for less than $150 before Palm discontinued--can now get a new unit for less than $100. Small size-easy to put in shirt or pants pocket. Great battery life--lasts about a week between charges with heavy use (4-5 hours a day). Lots of ac

Palm crash
, Jan. 16, 2003
I've owned my Palm for all of 3 months, and it suddenly died on me and wont recharge. I called Palm and a repair takes up to 3 weeks, or you pay $40 and get a rebuilt one in 7-1o days. So that is how their warranty program works. Very dissappointing.

This product is excellent small sized for carrying in my handbag. It is quick and easy to use for fast phone numbers and I like to use the filing systems for phone numbers. I put all my current client/customer numbers on the Quick List.
