I could not get the system out of a stylus calibration loop. Unfortunately, the calibration step is required in order to use the Zire's features. Although customer support response to my query was rapid, they advised me I'd have to send it in for repair

I was given this Palm as a gift, and I really love it. It's great for a college student, it helps keep homework assignments on track and keeps appointments and deadlines organized. I've never had a single problem with it so far, and it's proved very use

Don't use with Franklin Covey software if you use categories

If you use the Franklin Covey Planner Software (I use version 8.1) and use the "category" function to filter your to do list or your contacts, the categories will be lost in your Palm Pilot. I tried setting up the categories on the Planner software first

I found it easy to use, had enough memory to download a scaled down version of documents to go, and games. I found it coordinated very nicely with Outlook and saved me a lot of time with names and addresses. The Graffiti is easy to learn and is my favorit
