Take it from an e740 owner of less than 10 months. Stay away from Toshiba ... they won't be there to support their products or your problems with their products. No upgrades, no support, no explanations = THEY DON'T CARE!

Toshiba abandons its e740 users less than a year after its release --> there's no upgrade to Windows Mobile 2003 to e740 though the device was heavily advertized as PocketPC 2002 being upgradeable. The same thing will surely happen to e75x series. (e75x

This PDA is incredible, unfortunately Toshiba support is aweful, this product is sure to be declared "discontinued" in less then a year. I'd recommend a product with a little more staying power than that.

As with Toshiba's e740, the most frustrating thing is the fact that Toshiba will not communicate with its consumers about what they are doing or planning to do to remedy the problems. They have lied to, hidden the truth from, and ignored their customers.
