in a seven month period i had four print heads quit printing color. brother does not think this is a problem and will not cover anything over their one year warranty.

Had printer a month and it worked fine. Upgraded to a new computer yesterday with Vista and the software and drivers would not install. Tried all day yesterday following all of the information brother had on their website and nothing worked.
