I have not had the printer too long but the duplex feature was what sold me and it has worked great. The printer has a fairly small foot print and it does everything: copy, fax, scan, duplex copy, print from PC. I have not used the Fax function but copying and printing functionality has been great. Price was great. It does everything I need.

Cons: The connection to the PC is via USB. There is no old printer cable port.
