Ink Cartridge Jammed

Comments:
I do like the quality of the print, but the printer is very sensitive, it stops and jams up for no reason at all. The last time it stoped I can't get it to work, the ink cartridge is jammed and it won't budge. Will buy a new printer, but not a 3820.

Very Short Life

Short lifespan for 3820

The 3820 delivered good print quality. But it only did it for a few months before quitting. The estimate for the repair was more than the cost of the printer.

Hardware problem with ink cartridge?

I have worked with HP's customer service several times. Reinstalled the print drivers, etc. Changed out the ink cartridges. It will only print once before showing a non-exsistant jam and the cartridge light begins to blink. Will return.

the printer worked fine when i first purchased it. but it quit after 9 months. i did find online help, but it was not helpful in my situation,i was told it is no longer under warranty.

Had it set up and running in ten minutes (or less). Prints good pictures, but they take about 20 minutes to print at maximum quality. Uses Ink like it is going out of style though, that can be remedied some by printing on draft for non essensial printou
