, Apr. 20, 2007
Comments:
I purchased the V6000 and the F380 printer as a package. The printer will not work with Windows Vista as well as the keyboard on the notebook is too small for my fingers. The total price was excellent but I cannot download for printer to work and notebo

QuickTake:

Pros: The price of the notebook and printer was a very good deal.
Cons: The notebook and the printer are noncompatible.

Pros: The HP Deskjet F380 all-in-one combines document printing, photo printing, scanning, and copying for a very low price. It does a decent job with text printing, too.
Cons: The HP F380's print and scan quality leaves a lot to be desired, and it has none of the features that would make it a convenient photo printer, such as a PictBridge port or a media card reader.

The HP F380 is for users who need to print, scan, or copy only occasionally and who still prefer to develop print photos in retail stores. You'll get more features and comparable performance from other budget All-in-Ones.

Comments:
While HP(tm)s strength in photo printing is once again proved, mono prints take too long and the scanner is poor.

Review Verdict: Despite its near flawless photo performances, the C4180 misses out on an award thanks to the constant swapping in and out of the Photo and Black ink cartridges. You need one to play to the C4180’s great strength of photo printing, and t...

Comments:

Review Verdict: The adage "you get what you pay for" applies to the Deskjet F380. The body of the light-gray-and-white printer is boxy and made of more lightweight plastic than HP's more expensive printers, such as the HP OfficeJet 5610 or even the basic Deskjet 6940.

QuickTake:

Pros: The HP Deskjet F380 all-in-one combines document printing, photo printing, scanning, and copying for a very low price. It does a decent job with text printing, too.
Cons: The HP F380's print and scan quality leaves a lot to be desired, and it has none of the features that would make it a convenient photo printer, such as a PictBridge port or a media card reader.

Product Rating: 4.5 star(s) HP Photosmart C3180

Comments:
Nobody can deny MFDs offer a lot for the money. But do they compromise too much on quality? Not in the case of the C3180, happily.

Review Verdict: The Photosmart C3180 is a splendid MFD. It offers strong print and scan results at fast speeds. We think the output tray could be improved upon, but this is an otherwise exceptional MFD - especially considering its low price tag.

Review : HP Photosmart C4180

Comments:
This All In One is functional in design however when the job is to print, scan and copy appearance is less important than delivering the goods and this it does with the added plus of six ink quality.

Review Verdict: If you give the unit a clean crisp page to scan it should produce a good electronic copy, I was perfectly happy with these scans, you can scan either for the built in OCR and output to a package or leave the scan as an image, either way the supplied softw
