Previously, I owned a LaserJet 4L. I was happy with it, but was experiencing some paper feed problems. I upgraded to the 4100N and amquite pleased. It is much faster and the print quality is better. The only setback I have found is that it is noisier.

A great printer for the price, I print up to 2 reams a day on this printer and it just keeps chugging along. I never have a hardware issues and the only regular maintenance that is needed is a toner change every now and then.
