Good idea-bad repair problems!!

This is my 3rd all in one from HP--all features are well deisgned & work well--until the warranty runs out! Each one has experianced a very MINOR problem after about 18 months. When you call into HP they charge almost as much as the printer cost to speak

Wanted a scanner, copier, printer that would allow reproduction of slides, photographs, internet capable. Need someone to make this happen. Product seems to be okay. I have a "registration" number, but it seems to need a different internet connection

False Paper Jam Error

Comments:
Printer developed a false printer jam error & unable to get it to work. Have thoroughly gone over & in unit & there is NO paper in it. It is too light to be a boat anchor so it has to go into the trash.

As with all "all in one" products - once one feature stops working the printer is basically useless. My dilemna happened to be the scanning bar. Somehow it raised up and scratched the underside of the copier glass. Afterward, add to that a horrific grind

I used to be an hp printer fan

Print quality in the "standard" mode has very poor color. Faded and appears to be in a fog. Much better in "best" mode but very slow. I had a hp 960 printer and have a cx3200 Epson, both of which were faster with better print quality. The hp help was

Weak installation program- HP tech support no help. Terrible

Advertised a "easy install" NO Way! HP tech support is baffled and cant help me. Maybe I should buy Brother? Big waste of time and money. You should include a USB cable in the box for "new" equipment instead of making customers run back to the store

This software is deadly.

This product claims to be compatible with Windows 98. When I installed the software, my computer became totally messed up. I spent DAYS online and on the phone with their tech people and ended up getting nowhere. My computer kept locking up, I couldn'
