Overall the printer does a good job but I am alittle perturbed that is doesn't do dual page printing. Also the paper jams are a problem. The fact that you have to manually reload to to dual page printing and then it ruins a few pages when it feeds more than one page into the printer is a hassle and a waste of paper and time. We do alot of booklet printing and this gets expensive in paper and time costs.

Pros: It fits into our office quite well footprint wise and the multiple functions are great
Cons: Printing is slower than advertised. Goes thru ink like crazy needs bigger cartidges. Take along time to go from one application to another ex: going from printing to scanning. Has mutiple paper jams. Also when printing multiple pages and turning to print opposite side of paper sometimes take 3 sheets at once as if first side wasn't completly dry. Wish it had automatice dual page printing.
