It takes a little effort to familiarize but the wonderful support team helps. The ink prices are my biggest complaint.

I have had numerous Epson printers. But, decided to give this HP a try. First, problem. Could not install ink crack out of the box because of plastic piece that did not move out of the way. Had to turn it upside down and manually turn a cog to even get t
