Product Rating: 1 star(s) Awful photo print quality, HP can't fix, won't refund

Comments:
I bought this printer primarily for high-quality photo prints, but I haven't gotten a single one out of it. Every print it produces has stripes across the entire page. HP has sent me two replacement printers and five replacement ink cartridges, but non

Comments:
Cheap, easy to use and quick. But the quality on offer lets it down.

Review Verdict: When choosing an all-in-one printer for the home, you have plenty of options, and while the price, looks and some of the features of the C5280 may tempt many people, other competitors offer better performance in other key areas. The Canon wins for quality

Product Rating: 3.65 star(s) HP Photosmart C5280 Multifunction Printer

Comments:
The HP Photosmart C5280 is a bargain of an inkjet multifunction at $150. Its task speeds aren't stellar, but they are acceptable for the average home user. It's better suited for graphics and photo printing than for text printing, though, so look elsewher

Review Verdict: Its features set is oddly unbalanced, and better all-in-one inkjet options cost just a bit more, but the HP Photosmart C5280 is a good bet for casual home users on a tight budget.

Comments:
Does this multifunction inkjet printer master all of Jack's trades?

Review Verdict: This is a good looking all-in-one, but in comparison with earlier machines we're not happy with the print quality, the noise of the scan head and the lack of a PictBridge socket. For these reasons, the Photosmart C5280 doesn't score as well as we thought

Product Rating: 4 star(s) HP Photosmart C5280 multifunction photo printer

Comments:
The HP Photosmart C5280 shows how good design can tame an inherently complicated machine. This inkjet multifunction printer has a few limitations and a mountain of benefits - for a tidy £99 inc VAT.

Review Verdict: The HP Photosmart C5280's mediocre speed and sparse connectivity options restrict it to a small or home office. Those users, however, will enjoy a highly capable, easy-to-use device with excellent photo output.

HP Photosmart C5280

Comments:
This is more of a home-office machine than the similar HP Officejet J5780

Review Verdict: As well as the standard A4 paper input tray, there's a neat secondary tray that can accept 6 x 4- or 7 x 5-inch photo paper. Better still, the tray is motorised, so it slots into place automatically when you're printing photos onto either size of paper

Product Rating: 3 star(s) HP Photosmart C5280 All

Comments:
There's no way to know what the folks at HP were thinking when they designed the HP Photosmart C5280 All-In-One (AIO) Printer ($149.99 direct), but I'll lay long odds that they weren't focusing on text. The C5280 offers fast performance; typical graphics

Review Verdict: Clearly designed for home use, the HP Photosmart C5280 All-In-One does a good job with graphics and photo quality (but not text) and prints on optical discs.
