trouble shooting doesn't help!!!!!!!!!!!!

my dad bought me this printer for school. i've had it 2 weeeks, worked get at first, now it wont feed the paper and their,(lexmark) web page is no help. it doesn't even list this printer. i had to us the search menu to find it. My dad is taking it back,
