I received this as a gift being a former Air Force pilot. Controls are poor - and tailrotors (2) broke after 2 days of adult flighing in large room. Main rotor also broke. Manufacturer, Excaliber Electronics hasn't returned email or phone request for

Excalibur should be sued for making such a bad product. The darn thing cost $19.95 and it doesn't work. I want my money back. Don't buy anything from Excalibur Electronics, Inc.

I found this helicopter cute, since it looks more like a scale helicopter than the pure foam ones. However it seems to be totally underpowered and unable to fly. Even at full throttle if you release it, it just falls to the floor. As other reviewers note

I enjoyed the Micro Flyer while it lasted. Found that tail spin was due to particles (I have a cat) that prevented the tail rotor from spinning smoothly. Carefully pulled the tail rotor out and removed the clutter. Worked fine after. Now one of the small
