Junk in a nice box

When it works right the pic and sound are pretty nice, but that hasn't been too often. Replaced a sony that worked consistantly but the samsung pic is much better when its working right. Also has sync problems with sound and pic. Returning to BestBuy tom

picture goes blank for a sec every 5 minutes, then goes out compleatly. Then it says put in access card that it already has, then promps you to call directv with the code and Directv doesn't have the first clue. Then I get the replacement and its worse t
