Epson V500 is a winner

Bought primarily to upgrade my 2x2 slide (positive film) scanning capabilites and am not disappointed with system. ICE technology is so much better than my obsolete ES-10 which required hours of work to clean up each slide. ICS does 90% with the click of a button. In two+ weeks have scanned 350+ slides dating back to early '70's with very good results on some poor quality/dirty slides. System won't perform miracles but does reduce the work bringing old images back

Cons: haven't found them yet - wish it could do more than (4) 2x2's at a time.
