Not sure if it is the refurbished piece that was delivered to us. This info was not mentioned anywhere in the website or bill. But functioanly it looks the same. still to test them to give a full review

Pros: It came at a Discounted price from other retail stores and i was looking for cotton fabirc for my stroller and infant car seat
Cons: Its manufacture date is more than 2 years old and the fabric showed its is a old one.
