Film and Video are two different entities. While Film can have 24 frames per second speed rate Video can go up to 30 frames per second. These are the display rates our eyes can accept comfortably. We can see that 24 frames doesn't correspond with 30 frame

Review Verdict: This is a good TV in this price range with the picture in full 1080P HD and a beautiful design. There is no fear of getting dead pixels or image burns. The size of the monitor is also good and it would be a great choice for your living room!
