Owned it for about a month and the lamp went out twice. Sony customer service poor in responding and at all supportive. I would not buy it again until Sony can resolve this problem with this product.

High end TV with an awesome picture. Too many problems for what I paid for it. After the fact, I'm hearing people lose their bulbs from hours after first plugging it in to less then 3 weeks. Sony will have a serious problem if this doesn't get fixed soon.
