it does nothing right. If you want to bake, it broils and bakes at the same time. Burns food needed to bake only. Waste of money.

The model of oven I had was TR0390W. The first time I used the oven, the 3 chicken strips took almost 2 hours to cook and even then I'm not sure they were quite cooked. I thought maybe the oven had a manufacturer's defect so I took it back and exchange

The outside casing gets too hot to touch, even in the time it takes to make toast. A shelf a foot above the toaster also got uncomfortably warm. This is dangerous and all that heat loss is probably not very energy efficient. The rack does not slide eas
