QuickTake:
Pros: Razor-sharp detail on HD content, Gorgeous colors, Good shadow detail, capable
Cons: Elevated black level on most real-world content, Menu system could be better organized, 120Hz frame interpolation not the best I've seen, Standard-def content looked a bit softer than I've seen on other HDTVs
The Sony Bravia KDL52XBR4 has little to dislike. The clearest and most realistic display, with or without cable. (I get 13 digital and 30 analog w/ rabbit ears.) The remote control and menu system are very easy to use in setting up the TV. Plenty of inputs on rear to support any input or output device including your PC or MAC. If you have Sony Cameras, they interface wirelessly. Motion setting creates a natural and high precision movement to scenes which appear jerky on other brands of HDTVs.
