No customer support. Uses popups for everything. Customer support web site blows up so you cannot get anywhere. Puts adware on you computer. Basically it is worse than the viruses you are trying to prevent.

I just purchased a brand new computer running Win XP Home 7 months ago and paid $89-99 for the Security Suite. It has been 7 months now and I have a stealth virus on my pc and a hacker in my pc, neither of which McAfee's software picked up. I consistantly
