I like the suction of the machine on my carpets and feel it really does a good job with carpets and on rugs. The issues I have with it are that it is very heavy, the tools for stair cleaning are cumbersome and not easy to use (I've stopped using the too

One of the dumbest things I have ever done was to purchase this vac.When I asked the repair man if he gets many complaints on Dyson products he said every week,they are one of the poorest performers on the market.Marketing is everything....

Great Vacuum

We bought this vacuum because my wife has an in home day care. We were absolutely amazed at how it refreshed the carpet and made it look like new again.
